For cross-border disputes

Jurisdiction-Neutral Design.

The Digital Witness method is jurisdiction-neutral and does not rely on legal constructs specific to any single legal system. The same verification works in domestic courts, cross-border disputes, arbitration, and regulatory reviews.

01

Full explanation.

While legal systems differ in procedure and evidentiary thresholds, the technical question of whether digital material has been altered is universal. Digital Witness addresses this question using general cryptographic principles rather than jurisdiction-specific mechanisms.

The method does not depend on national timestamp authorities, local registries, or procedural classifications unique to a particular legal system. As a result, the same verification process may be applied in domestic courts, cross-border disputes, arbitration, regulatory reviews, and intellectual property proceedings.
