What is a "witness"?
A complete propose→sign→finalize cycle that ends in a sealed, on-chain record. Whether you're sealing one AI output or co-signing a multi-party document, each completed witness counts as 1.
Do unused witnesses roll over?
Monthly allowances do not roll over. Top-up packs never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 12 months upfront, receive a 20% discount, locked in for the contract year. Cancel anytime for a prorated refund.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my allowance?
Witnesses start consuming top-ups (if any). With neither remaining, witness operations return 402 until you top up or upgrade.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
No — the Free tier is the trial. Most teams build their POC there before upgrading.
What's in Enterprise vs Business?

Payment methods?
Credit card and SEPA direct debit via Stripe for self-serve plans. Bank transfer / invoice for Enterprise.
Is VAT included?
No — all listed prices are net (excl. VAT). VAT is calculated at Stripe Checkout based on your billing country. EU companies with a valid VAT-ID pay 0% (reverse charge). EU consumers and companies without a VAT-ID pay the standard rate for their country. Buyers outside the EU are billed without VAT.
