The Digital Witness system is neutral with respect to evidentiary outcomes. It records and verifies integrity only — it does not assess, interpret, or evaluate evidentiary meaning.

The Digital Witness system is intentionally designed as non-evaluative infrastructure. Its sole function is to record and later verify objective technical facts related to integrity and continuity.

The system does not approve or reject evidence, rank credibility, assess relevance, or draw conclusions favourable to any party. Verification produces the same technical result regardless of whether it supports or undermines a party's position.

This neutrality preserves the role of courts, regulators, and arbitral bodies as the sole authorities on interpretation and judgment, ensuring that the system functions as evidentiary infrastructure rather than a decision-making authority.
